The HDPE,MDPE Large Diameter Wter Supply Pipe,Gas Supply Pipe Extrsion Preoduction Line developed by our company has characteristics of unique structructure,high autmation,convinent operation,and reliable continous production.The pipes produced by the production line has proper rigidityand strength,good flexibility,deformation resistance,environmental stress cracking resistance,and good thermal fusion welding property.The product has become the first choice for gas conveying pipeline and outdoor water supplying pipeline.

The production line is composed of control system,extruder,die head,sizing and cooling system,hauling machine,planet cutting device,and turning rack.The extruder adopts enforced conveying bushing and efficient screw.The die head is the lastest designed basket type die head or spiral split type pipe extrusion compounding die head,which has characteristics of convenient adjustment and even material outlet.The sizing sleeve adopts uniaue slotted technology and water-ring cooling,which ensures the molding accuracy of pipes.

The control system composed of PLC and colored big screen LCD has complete alarming system,good Chinese interface,and is convenient to operate.
